Artificial intelligence dominates every boardroom conversation, but separating genuine transformation from inflated expectations remains a challenge for finance and technology leaders alike.

Join the FEI Silicon Valley Chapter for a candid discussion on how today's CIOs are evaluating, adopting, and operationalizing AI across large organizations and what it means for the modern finance function.

This session moves past the buzzwords to explore where AI is delivering measurable value, where it's still maturing, and how the CIO and CFO can partner to harness it responsibly. From automating close and reporting cycles to strengthening controls, forecasting, and decision support, we'll examine the practical realities of AI adoption at enterprise scale.

Attendees will gain insight into:

  • How CIOs are prioritizing AI investments and separating durable value from short-lived hype
  • The emerging role of AI in the office of the CFO from financial planning and analysis to compliance and risk
  • What it takes to deploy AI responsibly, including governance, data quality, and security considerations
  • How finance and technology leaders can align to turn AI ambition into operational results

Whether you're an early adopter or a thoughtful skeptic, this conversation will help you cut through the noise and assess what AI really means for your organization.

2026 marks FEI Silicon Valley’s 50th Anniversary! We’re excited to celebrate this incredible milestone with our Members, Partners, and friends throughout the year.

The celebration will culminate on April 27th but we’re not waiting until April to start celebrating! At each Keynote event leading up to our anniversary celebration, we’ll hold a special 50th Anniversary Raffle, with one lucky attendee taking home a $50 bottle of wine.

50 years of connections, leadership, and community — and plenty to celebrate!
